AC Masonry and Landscape, Inc. is Long Island’s premier custom landscape and masonry contractor. Founded in 1988 by by Anthony Contona (AC), we create custom masonry and landscape projects that combine “old world craftsmanship” with “21st century technology.” This rare combination results in unique designs and unparalled customer satisfaction. In order to maintain high quality and client responsiveness, Anthony Contona (AC) personally supervises and works on each project as if it was his own home. A family man with a wife and two growing children, he treats each project as a well constructed work of art which will last centuries, much like the great stone creations of Italy.

We create and build custom:

• Patios — using either traditional clay brick or stone, or the newest concrete pavers including such brands as Nicolock, Cambridge, Techno-Bloc, Unilock, Hanover and Belguard.
• Pool Copings and surrounding pool environments — including patios, sitting walls, barbecues and fire pits and surrounding pool plantings.
• Driveways — including innovative concrete paver designs,poured concrete (including “tinted” concrete), asphalt and Belgian Block borders.
• Stoops and Walkways — bluestone or clay brick steps or a custom concrete paver design with surrounding planting beds…Use your imagination; we will build it!
• Retaining Walls — structural necessities in many projects, retaining walls can also be beautiful! We have created everything from custom, natural Long Island boulder walls and dry fieldstone walls to terraced paver enviroments with incorporated planting beds.
• Landscape Design and Installation — We have invested in the needed heavy equipment needed to clear your land as needed, grade it for proper storm run-off and drainage, and then “sculpt” it to fit your dreams! We can then organically amend your soil if needed to protect your future long-term planting investment. We can build planting beds that highlight your masonry project and home, and suggest hardy plants for four-season color and interest.
